Text Message Terms
These terms cover text messages from Painted Desert Landscapes, a family-owned landscaping company in Mesa, Arizona (ROC #355797), and the use of our website.
What we text
There are two kinds of texts, and you choose each one separately on our website's contact form:
- Texts about your request: messages about your estimate, consultation, scheduling and project updates.
- Occasional promotional texts: promotional messages such as seasonal specials and service reminders from Painted Desert Landscapes.
How you sign up
You opt in on the contact form on our website by checking one or both boxes: "Yes, text me about my request." for texts about your request, and "Yes, send me occasional offers." for promotional texts. Both boxes are optional and start unchecked. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase: we'll still give you an estimate and do your work if you leave them unchecked.
How often
Message frequency varies. Texts about your request depend on your job; promotional texts are occasional.
Cost
Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any text to opt out. We also accept CANCEL, END, QUIT and UNSUBSCRIBE. You'll get one text confirming you've been unsubscribed, and after that we won't send you any more texts. You can sign up again any time on our contact form.
Help
Reply HELP to any text for help, or contact us at (480) 213-5643 or painteddesertlandscapesaz@gmail.com.
Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We never sell your information or share your phone number or text consent for anyone else's marketing. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
Using our website
Our website is here to tell you about our services and make it easy to reach us. The information on it is general and for information only. Photos show past work, and every yard is different.
Sending a request through the website doesn't create a contract. Estimates aren't binding until you and Painted Desert Landscapes agree on the work and the price.
If we update these terms, we'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
